Luchador Exhibition
American artist Peat Wollaeger had a collaborative show in Melbourne last week. The concept was to distribute cut-out Mexican wrestling mask to a select few of local artists for them to paint on. Peat would then re-visit these masks and apply his finishing touches to them, and then exhibit them. This is the third Luchador show with more to follow around the world.

Everfresh X Area101
My good friend Big Jim at Adelaide’s Area101 hooked me and the Everfresh boys up with a Primo wall off Rundle st. It was a good opportunity to paint with my partner in crime Sync, who moved back to Adelaide to start his family. The wall turned out nice too… Peace out to Sync, IIIJane and Escher.

For my Melbourne exhibition of the Tall Oaks collection, I painted an installation on one of the feature walls in No Vacancy Gallery. I tried a new technique of using spray paint for this installation. It was a bit of an experiment but I was happy with the end result. Simple yet effective…

McCulloch Gallery Exhibition
Couple of Shots of the Opening night at McCulloch Gallery in Melbourne.
If you couldn’t make it down, this exhibition is open until the 3rd of August.
Check out the flyer for more info.

Everfresh X Hosier
Some of the Everfresh boys got together to paint a big production at Melbourne’s notorious Hosier Lane. For an unplanned production with no sketch to work off, I though we all did pretty well…

No commentsThe Wine
I was commissioned to hand-paint some wine bottles that are being displayed in Adelaide’s “R Wine Bar”. “The Wine,” as its called, is a 2004 Shiraz created by R Wines that scored 99 points by ‘The Wine Advocate.’ The Wine fetches over $200.00 a bottle… and yes, Its a fine drop too!! I’m quite pleased how they turned out…

Moment of Truth
Peak Street magazine’s most recent issue includes a feature on Album cover remixes done by Australian artists. The brief was to select your favourite Hip Hop album that you grew up with. I selected Moment of Truth by Gangstarr. I used the themes explored in the album as inspiration for the art direction.

Black&White
I was part of an all Australian exhibition at “Famous When Dead” Gallery in Melbourne recently. The exhibition was based around indigenous art, from indigenous and non-indigenous artists. This is the piece I submitted:
